Day 1: Delhi
On arrival at Delhi the representative of India Wildlife Tour will escort you to the hotel. You will then be taken for sightseeing of Old and New Delhi. You will get to visit all the famous monuments like Qutub Minar, Red Fort, India Gate, Jama Masjid, Humayun’s Tomb, Birla Temple, Parliament house and memorial of Mahatma Gandhi.
Day 2: Delhi – Corbett National Park
The first wildlife reserve which we would be visiting is the Corbett National Park which is India’s first national park and has the finest of wildlife in India. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3: Corbett National Park
Corbett is located at the foothills of the Himalayas and is covered with lush green foliage. We will take a safari ride and take a tour of the national park. We will return for the night at the hotel.
Day 4: Corbett National Park
This will be the third day of the tour to the park and we will cover the entire park. You will get to see a variety of animals like leopards, wild boars, elephants, jackals, sloth bear, black bear, wild boar, porcupines, wild dogs and more. We will return for the night at the hotel.
Day 5: Corbett – Delhi
We will drive back to Delhi in the morning and spend the time at the hotel.
Day 6: Delhi – Ranthambore
In the morning we will take a train journey to Sawai Madhopur in Rajasthan. We will check into a hotel located near to the Ranthambore Tiger Reserve.
Day 7: Ranthambore
We will visit the Ranthambore National park and enjoy game viewing at the park which is famous for its tigers. Evening you can relax at the hotel.
Day 8: Ranthambore – Keoladeo Ghana National Park (Bharatpur)
We will drive down to the Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary also known as Keoladeo Ghana National Park and enjoy bird watching of some of the rarest species of birds found here.
Day 9: Keoladeo National Park – Agra
After a visit to the bird sanctuary in the morning we will leave for Agra. After checking into a hotel we will visit the popular monuments such as Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Fort Sikandra.
Day 10: Agra – Khajuraho
We will leave Agra and reach Khajuraho which is the ancient temple town of Madhya Pradesh. We will stay overnight at the hotels to visit the temples in the morning.
Day 11: Khajuraho – Bandhavgarh
We will take a tour of the world famous Chandela group of temples in Khajuraho influenced by the Jain and Vaishnav styles of architecture famous for its love themes. After that the India Wildlife Tours group will drive down to Bhandhavgarh National Park which is situated among the Vindhyan ranges in Madhya Pradesh.
Day 12: Bandhavgarh
The entire day will be spent at the Bandhavgarh National Park viewing the tigers in their natural habitat. It was here that the famous white tigers of Rewa were discovered.
Day 13: Bandhavgarh – Kanha
We will drive down to Kanha National Park which is a tiger reserve spread out over 1945 sq.km. of undulating land in Madhya Pradesh. We will return for the night at the hotel.
Day 14: Kanha
The entire day will be spent in the Kanha National park game viewing and watching the wildlife in their natural habitat. We will return for the night at the hotel.
Day 15: Kanha – Nagpur – Mumbai
We will leave for Nagpur and stay overnight at the hotel. We will leave for Mumbai in the morning.
Day 16: Mumbai
You will be taken to the International Airport by India Wildlife Tour to catch your flight for your onward destination. |
